Throughout the grounds of Building Bridges Foundation, you will find benches for relaxation. These benches have all been donated in honor and/or memory of a special person. At BBF, our mission is to help one Veteran at a time overcome their invisible injuries – at no cost to the Veteran. These benches provide a space to reflect on whatever comes to mind, take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and to maintain one’s calmness.

With use, the benches need inspected and repaired on occasion. If you are handy with a few tools and have some time to help our Veterans, this could be a great fit for you. No one should sit on a wobbly bench. Thank you for considering volunteering.
