Luke emigrated from Vietnam after the fall of Saigon. He graduated from Penn Manor High School in 1987, and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1989.
Luke has volunteered in numerous organizations including Patriot Riders, and Vet21 Rifle Honor Guard, as well as being a guitar instructor for Veterans. He enjoys artistic work, and has become a United States citizen.

Admission is free to all, and includes coffee, tea, and pastries.
The Veterans Café is located at the Building Bridges Foundation and is held every Thursday morning.
