Dr. Bob Frick, educator, historian, and former superintendent of Lampeter-Strasburg School District, will share the life and times if President Eisenhower. The presentation will focus on his leadership style in the military and his presidency.
Be prepared for a lively presentation filled with interest facts and peppered with humor. Dr. Frick believes in education with a smile.
Dr. Robert “Bob” Frick served his entire professional career with Lampeter-Strasburg School District having joined the staff in 1966 as a teacher at Hans Herr Elementary School.
He served as principal of two elementary schools, administrative assistant, director of elementary education and assistant superintendent. In 1996, Bob was named superintendent, and retired in 2011.
Since his retirement, Bob has written nine books focusing on political topics not often discussed, including two that focus on Lancaster County, PA.
Aside from teaching, writing, and his interest in history, Bob enjoys many hobbies including archery, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
