On Saturday, August 8th, 2020 A Marietta motorcycle event opened at the Marietta Legion Post 466 and was orchestrated by American Legion Riders – Post 466 – they sponsored it as a Building Bridges Foundation Charity Ride. The Bikers toured Lancaster County enroute to visit the Building Bridges Farm that offers equine assisted therapy for Veterans and their families.
An open Mic group of musicians that have been having live videos on weekends. This summer they decided to promote a different organization every week. Trish DePompeo, Building Bridges Facebook Administrator nominated Building Bridges for July 19.
Saturday and Sunday June 13 and 14 — Commemorating the 1777 adoption of the Flag of the United States of America—Tanglewood donated $5 per round to Building Bridges.
Cheers and a big “Thank you shout out” to the local Boy Scouts and their parents (21 participants) that gave a full day of work time at Building Bridges Foundation Farm Saturday (June 13) – even painted the barn!
